If you wish to participate in any prompt and have your works shared, please make sure to follow the rules listed below. Any posts found that do not follow our rules will not be shared.Most of our rules have to do with content tagging. We ask that all works that are for our prompts follow the below listened tagging rules. This is so individual mutes are able to work.Thank you.

We do NOT allow for AI usage. If we find that your piece was made using AI, we will not be sharing it/will unshare it and remove it from the Ao3 collection if applicable.✦ content rating:
IF NSFW CONTENT IS ALLOWED, WHICH WILL BE DETERMINED BY THE IC, THEN THE FOLLOWING WILL APPLY.
SFW and NSFW content is allowed. However, ALL NSFW content MUST be very clearly tagged as such. Any edits/art pieces must be sensitive content flagged.✦ ships:
CC x CC and CC x OC ships are more than welcome! However, we ask that any ships present in your piece MUST be tagged with the ship name. No emojis or censored ship name please. If your piece is NSFW, we ask that the proper dynamic is tagged.✦ prompt following:
At minimum, we ask that the prompt of the month is somewhat followed or mentioned in your piece. Additionally, we will not be sharing any early works (i.e. works that feature future prompts).✦ late works:
Late works will be shared for three (3) days after the end of the posting week. This means the last day we will share works is on the 3rd of every month. The Ao3 collection will close on that date as well. You are still free to post late works after that date, but we will not share them.✦ account tagging/hashtag:
When posting, please make sure to use the event hashtag. If possible, please also ping us either in the post or in the replies. We will be monitoring both our notices and the event hashtag.

Below is our F.A.Q. This may be updated as we progress along with the account.

✦ Q: How many times can I fill a prompt?★ A: As many times as you want! If you wanted to create different fills for each of your favorite characters, you are more than welcome to.-✦ Q: Do I have to use the prompt?★ A: Yes. In some way or form, the prompt has to be used in your piece. We try to make our prompts generalized, while also relating to Honkai: Star Rail.-✦ Q: Are OCs okay?★ A: They are. However, we do ask that your pieces do include the HSR world and its characters, as we are a Honkai: Star Rail prompt account.-✦ Q: I have a prompt idea. Can I suggest it somewhere?★ A: After our initial IC closes in April, we will have our prompts for the year of 2025. Around late November/early December, we will run a prompt IC for 2026.-✦ Q: Do I have to write in canon?★ A: No. You can create AUs if you would like, as long as they follow the prompt and involve Honkai: Star Rail characters somehow.-✦ Q: What if I don't make the deadline by the end of the month?★ A: As mentioned in our rules, we will share correctly tagged posts up to three days after the deadline. So up until 11:59PM PST on the 3rd of the following month. This is also when we will close the prompt's Ao3 collection as well.But don't worry if you miss the deadline or even missed a prompt you would have liked to have created something for. In November, the prompt will be "Fall Back" which will accept creations from any of the prior prompts!-✦ Q: What if post my piece on multiple social media accounts? Will you share it on there as well?★ A: Yes. As long as the post is tagged correctly and involves the prompt, we will share your creation regardless of if we already shared it on another platform.-✦ Q: Does my piece need to be in English?★ A: Not at all. Your piece can be in whatever language you are most comfortable with. All we ask is that you tag your pieces correctly, especially for NSFW pieces.-✦ Q: Will you post your prompts in other languages?★ A: Currently, there is only one mod for Astral Prompts who only speaks English. If they are able to find folks willing to aid in translating the prompt post (or any information here), the translations of the prompts can occur.-✦ Q: Is there a minimum amount of words I need to write? Do I need to post a completed art piece?★ A: There is no minimum for any creation method. You can post a fic from say 50 words to several thousand if you would like. You can post a sketch or post a fully rendered piece. Whatever works best for you! We want this to be as low stress and as fun as ca be, so please don't push yourself.
